Riley is a creative producer, cinematographer, and director living in Los Angeles.

A graduate of U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, Riley spent his early career in startup marketing, community live event production, and creating his first company, Riley Ashton Photography. He then moved into corporate marketing (Personal Capital, Morgan Stanley, Daka Labs, Nickelodeon, Rocket Mortgage).

At Rocket Mortgage, Riley helped to grow the company to a top 5 TikTok advertiser in the U.S in 6 months and leading a full-service team of 5 creatives to produce advertising content. He's passionate about helping companies develop strategic campaigns and efficient and innovative workflows to drive them.

Alongside this work, he continued to pursue creative endeavors. What endeavors? Short films, music videos, and photography as a director, producer, editor, and cinematographer. He's passionate about creating spaces for artists to come together and funding projects. 

Having joined Stereogram shortly after its creation, Katie became the first full-time employee of the company and brings an array of previous administrative and artistic career expertise to her multi-faceted role.

Katie's career blends expertise in arts management, direction, and technical production. Concurrent with and following her time at UC Berkeley, Katie spent several years as a stage manager and lighting designer.

As a manager, she was previously the Technical Director of BareStage Productions, and the Technical Coordinator for the Artistic Learning Department of CalShakes. As an administrator, Katie has worked in education, with nonprofits, and with startups.

Katie works as Stereogram's principle director and administrative and communications lead. She's passionate about working with clients as a partner who can identify and connect trends and the latest visual styles.
